Sunu Pillai selected to the American Arbitration Association’s Higginbotham Fellowship Program

Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, a full service law firm with more than 400 attorneys in 15 offices, today announced that associate Sunu Pillai was selected to the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Higginbotham Fellowship Program.

Mr. Pillai will join other Fellows at AAA’s headquarters in New York in May, to participate in training, seminars and networking events.  The Fellows are offered various mentorship, networking and publishing opportunities, in order to prepare them for a future career in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). The biennial program was created nine years ago  and is designed to offer the full breadth of the AAA resources for emerging diverse ADR professionals..

“It is an honor to be named to the Higginbotham Fellows program and I very much look forward to the many opportunities the program will help create,” said Mr. Pillai.

Mr. Pillai is an associate in the Firm’s Construction Practice, where he focuses his practice on commercial and government contracts in the construction and energy industries.  He is also the ABA Young Lawyers Division’s liaison to the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution.  He earned his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, his M.S. from University of Michigan and his B.Tech from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
