Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Further Strengthens its Higher Education Practice With Addition of Amy Elizabeth McCall
Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP today announced that Amy Elizabeth McCall has joined the firm as counsel in the Higher Education Practice. Ms. McCall is resident in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
Ms. McCall will draw on her experience working in both private practice and in-house at three universities to assists institutions of higher education with compliance and operational issues. She was previously the first general counsel for Point Park University, associate general counsel at The Pennsylvania State University and interim Title IX Coordinator at Robert Morris University. Her experience from these roles includes handling both investigations and policy work involving Title IX, the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. She also handles contract review and negotiations, including those involving software, and provides advice on labor and employment issues.

Ms. McCall earned her J.D. from Duquesne Law School of Law. She also has a B.S. from Drexel University.
