Devlin Appointed as Member of Council of ABA Section of Litigation

Cathleen Devlin, a partner, Firm Executive Committee member and Vice-Chair of the Litigation Department, has been appointed to serve a three-year term as a member of the Council of the ABA Section of Litigation commencing in August 2018.  The ABA Section of Litigation is the nation's premier bar organization for litigators and trial lawyers, dedicated to offering exceptional educational programming, professional resources and networking opportunities to over 45,000 members across the United States.  The Council is the governing body of the Section, responsible for setting Section strategy and policy and overseeing the activities of the Section’s 40 committees and task forces.  Ms. Devlin has been active in the Section for almost 15 years, and immediately prior to her appointment to Council, served as one of three Managing Directors of the Section for 2017-2018 Chair Koji Fukumura.
