Petaja leads labor roundtable for DE Restaurateurs
Danielle Petaja,a member of Saul Ewing’s Labor and Employment and Food and Beverage Practices, lead this roundtable focused on labor and employment issues impacting the restaurant industry, hosted by the Delaware Restaurant Association. The presentation, held in Saul Ewing’s Wilmington office, will focus on the importance of ADA website compliance and procedures for employee discipline and termination. Danielle will use recent cases to demonstrate the importance of compliance and offer strategies to help restaurateurs navigate these issues and avoid legal actions.
