Lipkowitz and Fry present to Baltimore's 2017 Law Links Summer Interns
Consistent with the Firm's commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, including pipeline programs, Michelle Lipkowitz, a partner in Saul Ewing’s Litigation Department and the Firm's Diversity & Inclusion Partner, and Baltimore Office Manager, Ruth Fry, presented to the 2017 Law Links Summer Interns at The University of Maryland Law School.
The Law Links Internship is a 7-week, paid summer internship that places high school juniors and seniors in law firms and law-related agencies. In addition to working full-time over the summer, the students also participate in the Law & Leadership Institute - a 50-hour educational seminar. This internship is much more than a summer-jobs program: it is designed to effectively prepare young people to work in a professional setting. To date, 794 students have been offered Law Links Internship.
