Estates Partner to present at Estate and Gift Planning Seminar
Robert H. Louis, co-chair of the Personal Wealth, Estates and Trusts Practice, will be a featured speaker at this seminar for volunteers at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia.
The 90-minute afternoon program will cover ways to avoid unnecessary taxes on assets; recent changes in estate law and whether one can leave money to a charity rather than the government.
