Saul Ewing Philadelphia Emerging Company Roundtable and Cocktail Reception
This roundtable will discuss the benefits and concerns around sharing ownership of a company. If you are considering bringing in a partner, giving equity to employees, selling stock to an investor or issuing warrants to a lender, we invite you to take part in this conversation and learn about the best practices to employ and common pitfalls to avoid. The roundtable will be followed by a cocktail party with light hors d'oeuvres, where you will have the opportunity to network with your peers and discussion leaders.
The discussion will be held within the Drexel Innovation Neighborhood at One Drexel Plaza, 3001 Market Street, Suite 140 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event begins with registration at 3:30 p.m. The one-hour roundtable session starts at 4:00 p.m. with the cocktail reception to follow until 7:00 p.m.
