Saul Ewing LLP 2011 New England Real Estate Conference: "The Fine Art of Real Estate - Dealmakers Talk"
Nationally recognized experts and leaders in commercial real estate will participate in panel discussions at the firm's inaugural real estate conference in Boston, MA.
Despite the ongoing recession, deals are still getting done in today's commercial real estate market. This day-long conference, sponsored by the Project and Resource Development Practice and the Real Estate Practice Group, will cover how deals are getting done, how and where to find the money to make deals happen, development on campuses of colleges and universities, as well as development and expansions on hospital and health care properties.
Presenters include nationally known developers, lenders, investors and observers. Keynote presenters for the luncheon are Seth Klarman, president of The Baupost Group in Boston, and Arthur I. Segel, Poorvu Family Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School and the co-founder of TA Associates Realty in Boston. Attorneys at Saul Ewing will moderate the panel discussions.
The conference will take place at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel, 425 Summer Street, in Boston.
