Saul Ewing’s Insurance Practice recently partnered with Pennsylvania Deputy Insurance Commissioner Steve Johnson in presenting two Workshops that included focused presentations and materials relevant to Insurance Company Directors and Senior Management.  The Workshops specifically focused on new governance requirements applicable to insurance companies and included engaging presentations made by knowledgeable professionals on the following topics:

  • Q&A Session with Regulators from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and, for the Philadelphia Workshop, the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance
