- Sherry H. Flax, a Partner in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice at Saul Ewing LLP. She assists clients in securing and protecting their rights in commercially valuable property through U.S. and international trademarks and copyrights, domain names, trade secrets, and licensing.
- Gillian Fenton, Vice President & Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Emergent Biosolutions, Inc. in the metro Washington, D.C. area. Ms. Fenton oversees all freedom-to-operate studies, monitors and reports for pipeline product candidates and develops and executes IP risk mitigation strategies.
