Vincent Canale concentrates his practice in assisting condominium and common interest community associations with legal issues involving the collection of unpaid assessments and the enforcement of association governing documents.  His experience includes litigating collection disputes through the Illinois Forcible Entry and Detainer Act, lien foreclosure and post-judgment collection.  Vincent also advises associations through issues relating to homeowners involved in mortgage foreclosure and under bankruptcy protection, in addition to handling disputes involving municipalities and landlord/tenant issues.  Further, Vincent advises associations in a general counsel role, which includes offering proactive advice to minimize the risk of litigation, the interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, and other collection related matters.
