Teresa K.D. Currier

Terri Currier concentrates her practice on all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy and insolvency counseling, including out of court restructurings and workouts and federal court litigation in the Delaware court system. Terri recently first-chaired a bankruptcy appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals sitting in San Francisco. She also routinely advises clients on Uniform Commercial Code issues. Additionally, Terri supervises the firm's Social Media Guidelines and assists clients creating their own internal policies governing social media. Prior to joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, Terri served as in-house counsel to Marine Midland Business Loans, Inc., a middle-market asset based lender.
