Selena E. Molina

Selena E. Molina is a litigator who works with clients facing business disputes. Selena's involvement ranges from pre-litigation strategizing to the initiation of (or response to) lawsuits, in which she plays a key role through trial and appeal. Selena primarily assists her clients with business, commercial and intellectual property disputes in both state and federal courts in Delaware, including the Court of Chancery. She brings to the table experience distilling complex legal and factual issues into persuasive briefs, managing large e-discovery projects, and negotiating discovery disputes. Selena further utilizes her experience and skills in court to advocate for her clients.

Prior to joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, Selena was in private practice as a litigator at a large firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Selena also clerked for Judge Carpenter on the Superior Court of the State of Delaware, Complex Commercial Litigation Division, and served as a Wolcott Fellow for Justice Holland on the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware.
