Marc A. Citron

Partner

Marc Citron counsels a broad range of commercial enterprises on real estate deals and other business transactions that are key to their growth and evolution. During his more than 45 years of legal practice, Marc has advised clients ranging from real estate developers, retailers and the hospitality sector to manufacturers and software developers on commercial and industrial projects, including those involving redevelopment and brownfields. He helps them navigate these projects from the earliest stages, including land acquisition, government permitting and approvals, and financing, through to development, leasing, and operation.

Because Marc has closed so many deals over the years, he has deep experience as a negotiator and perspective on the many options for structuring deals. He also has developed an appreciation for the need to provide practical, business-oriented solutions to his clients' legal challenges based on his own experience as managing partner of the firm's Princeton, NJ office.
