Jillian K. Walton
Jillian K. Walton is a member of the Litigation Department in the Firm's Baltimore office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
Before joining the firm, Jillian served as a law clerk to the Hon. Andrea M. Leahy on the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
While earning her J.D. at the University of Baltimore, School of Law, Jillian was a summer associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr. Jillian also interned in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland for the Hon. Catherine C. Blake and the Hon. Susan K. Gauvey. In addition, during her third year of law school, she acted as student counsel in the University of Baltimore's Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she represented clients in family law and civil rights cases. She has also handled immigration law matters during her work as a law clerk for a boutique immigration law firm as well as for Catholic Charities of Baltimore's Esperanza Center.
