Ian A. Mclin

Ian McLin is a member of the Litigation Department in the Firm's Washington, DC office. He maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes and various aspects of construction litigation.

While earning his J.D. at William and Mary Law School, Ian was a summer associate for Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where he was exposed to legal matters involving construction, employment, and administrative law. Since coming aboard as an associate, Ian has worked on complex insurance matters including those relating to long term toxic tort exposures.  He has also worked on a variety of construction matters including those involving complex limitations of liability language and the scope of contractual liquidated damages provisions.  Ian served as a judicial intern for Judge Lenore R. Gelfman in the Circuit Court for Howard County in Maryland.
