Counsel

Eric Brossman is a Partner in Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr's Business and Finance, its Bankruptcy and Restructuring and its Commercial Financial Services practice groups in the Harrisburg office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, business and bankruptcy law, business reorganization and counseling, corporate finance, UCC Article 8 and Article 9 secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.

Eric frequently lectures and writes on business, bankruptcy and reorganization issues, and on the subjects of corporate governance, commercial loan documentation, loan restructuring, secured transactions, fraudulent transfer law, loan enforcement, legal opinion letters, and venture capital financing. He has presented seminars for numerous continuing legal education programs, and has served as course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Commercial Documents Series, Annual Bankruptcy Institute and Annual Business Lawyers' Institute. Eric also teaches a course on Secured Transactions as an adjunct professor for The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson Law.
