Bridgitte E. Mott
Bridgitte Mott maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters for individual and corporate clients involved in complex commercial disputes. Her experience includes business tort claims, contract disputes and corporate governance issues. She has worked on cases involving claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, securities violations, misrepresentation and tortious interference with business opportunities. She also has experience with pre-trial dispositive motions practice, discovery, arbitration, mediation, trials and appeals.
Prior to entering private practice, Bridgitte completed a judicial clerkship at the Connecticut Superior Court. While earning her law degree, Bridgitte interned at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York for the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy, the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, and the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection.
