Alan has successfully handled extensive class action and complex litigation matters where potential claims have been as high as $1 billion. He has appeared in numerous state and federal courts throughout the United States, acting as lead counsel. Alan also provides "oversight and review" services to assist financial institutions in avoiding unnecessary and costly litigation. In addition, Alan has extensive construction litigation experience handling construction defect cases, Florida Statute 558 Construction claims, and related construction matters.
