Abbigail E. Webb
Abbigail E. Webb is a commercial litigator who has handled cases in the circuit courts of more than 21 counties across the state of Florida. Clients in the financial services industry, including in the luxury car financing sector, rely on her to assist with litigation involving financial instruments, including defense and prosecution of guarantees. She also represents title companies, private debt buyers and other clients connected to the real estate industry in title work involving equitable subrogation claims, quiet title actions, title disputes, and residential and commercial foreclosures. Abbigail came to the Firm with prior experience representing the nation's largest financial institutions in offensive and defensive banking litigation and mortgage servicing litigation. This included the defense of lender liability claims, complex foreclosure, contested homeowner and condominium association actions, violations of state and federal banking and lending laws (such as TILA, TCPA, FDCPA, FCRA, FDUTPA), tort claims, enforcement of financial instruments, and related real property matters.
Abbigail’s practice also includes business litigation, contract disputes, defense and prosecution of garnishments, defense of federal claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Title IX, and franchise litigation.
In addition to her state bar admission, Abbigail is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
